I was surprised by the massive following these Thai noodles have when I first featured them on my channel. It seemed like everyone has strong feelings about this particular brand!
Produced in Thailand.
These noodles are already pre-seasoned. You can actually see the seasoning absorbed into the noodles in certain areas, giving them a darker color.

Even though the noodles are thin, they’ve got a great bite to it. Thereโs a distinct and enjoyable fried shallot and garlic flavor that really comes through, providing a strong and savory base.ย
To enhance this savory flavor, I would add some fresh lime to cut through the richness, and some freshly sliced jalapeรฑo for a fresh kick of heat. Some added sugar would be nice to balance the savory notes, and adding some tender minced pork would be great for extra protein and substance. Anything smoked, like brisket or pork would be a perfect addition.

Frequently Asked Questions
For the spice level, my friend James, who taste tests the ramens with me, gives his rating out of 5 based on his experience with the heat. My own spice tolerance tends to be higher than most, so James’s rating gives a more general sense of the spiciness. Keep in mind that spice is still subjective, so what’s mild for him might be spicy for you, and vice versa!
That’s how thick or thin the broth is. A 1/5 would be very watery, while a 5/5 would be super thick and almost syrupy.
This is just a general gauge of how thick the noodles are compared to other instant ramen noodles I’ve tried. A 1/5 would be very thin, like vermicelli, and a 5/5 would be very thick and wide.
Here, I’m just describing the style or texture of the noodles, like “udon-like” for a chewy and thick noodle, or “thin and curly” for a more classic instant ramen style.

It’s a good, subtle noodles. Can it it raw too, like mix the uncooked broken noodles and veggies with the seasoning and it’s good on its own or can cook it and add your topping and it’s great too
