How It All Started
Hey ramen lovers! I’m Lisa Nguyen, and like many of you, my instant ramen journey started with a simple question: “How can I make this even more delicious?”
During the pandemic, I found myself experimenting with all sorts of instant ramen hacks and recipes, sharing my adventures on social media. What began as a fun way to pass the time quickly turned into a passion. I discovered the incredible diversity and creativity within the world of instant ramen, and I knew I wanted to share that with others.

This site is also dedicated to my late cat, Jaden. He was my constant companion during those early ramen experiments, always there on the couch amidst piles of ramen packages. His presence was a source of comfort and inspiration, and this website is a tribute to his memory.
