The Kadomie Vegetable Noodle is the second product I’ve tried from this Turkish brand. It’s a straightforward instant noodle. It’s salty, chicken bouillon-forward, and simple. Nothing surprising going on here.
Produced in Turkey.

What’s in the Package
Inside the pack, youโll find a rectangular dried noodle block and a sachet that contains the vegetable flavour seasoning and hot chili powder.

How to Prepare Kadomie Vegetable Noodle
- Bring about 2 cups (350ml-400ml) of water to a boil.
- Add the noodle block and boil for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the seasoning and chili powder.
- Mix well until the powder is fully dissolved.
How Does It Taste
The saltiness was the first thing James and I both noticed. It hit right away. The chicken bouillon flavor is familiar, the kind you’d recognize from any budget instant ramen. The noodles are standard fried instant noodle texture. Nothing that stood out, nothing that bothered us either.
After the initial sips of the broth, I added a little more water than the package suggested because the salt concentration was a bit much straight out of the package. That small adjustment made it a lot more pleasant to eat.

How to Level Up Kadomie Vegetable Noodle
Add a fried egg on top and some stir-fried carrots and green onions. That’s all this one needs.

Final Verdict
The Kadomie Vegetable Noodle is about as basic as instant noodles get. We didn’t think it was bad, it’s just simple. Add an egg and some vegetables and it becomes a much more satisfying bowl.
