Kadomie is a Turkish instant noodle brand. Turkish instant noodles don’t come up often in the instant ramen space and that had me curious going in. The packaging is clean and the premise is simple, chicken noodle soup in instant form.
Produced in Turkey.

What’s in the Package
Inside the Kadomie Chicken Noodle package, you will find a small, square block of pale, thin wheat noodles and a dual-chamber silver foil seasoning packet. One side of the packet contains the savory chicken base powder, while the other side holds the “Cฤฑlgฤฑn Acฤฑ” (Hot Chili) powder.

How to Prepare It
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- TAdd the noodles to the boiling water.
- Based on experience, ignore the 3-minute suggestion on the bag. Cook the noodles for exactly two and a half minutes. This prevents the thin wheat strands from becoming overly soft or mushy.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chicken seasoning and as much chili powder as you can handle.
How Does It Taste
The overall experience is mild. The chicken flavor is subtle โ present enough to identify but not strong enough to satisfy if you’re looking for a bowl that leads with a bold chicken note. The broth is thin at a 1 out of 5 on viscosity and the noodles are delicate and thin at a 1 out of 5 on thickness.
There’s no spice at all. This is a clean, quiet bowl that doesn’t ask much of you and doesn’t deliver a dramatic experience in return. For some people that’s exactly what they want from a chicken noodle. For anyone expecting something assertive this will feel underwhelming.
The noodles have a pleasant enough texture when cooked for the right amount of time. They’re not the highlight but they carry the broth without falling apart.

How Does It Compare
The Kadomie sits in the same mild chicken noodle territory as the Indomie Sebzeli from Turkey which is a Turkish instant noodle with a restrained flavor profile. The Kadomie is cleaner and more neutral. Both benefit significantly from toppings.
How to Level Up Kadomie Chicken Noodle
For a quick flavor boost, stir chicken bouillon directly into the finished broth, or boil the noodles in actual chicken stock instead of water for extra richness. I would also add sliced onions and napa cabbage, a drizzle of chili oil, and a fried egg to make the entire bowl feel complete.

Final Verdict
The Kadomie Chicken Noodle is a mild bowl that works best as a base rather than a standalone experience. The flavor is subtle, the noodles are delicate, and the whole thing needs building on to reach its potential.
