- 1 bowl Nongshim Bowl Noodle Kimchi Hot & Spicy
- 50 g enoki mushrooms washed
- 6 whole canned quail eggs
- 56 g canned squid drained
- 8 g scallion sliced
- 1 wedge fresh lime
Boil water for ramen in a saucepan. Add soup base.
Add noodle brick, enoki, and squid to the boiling water. Cook until noodles are done (2-3 mins).
Gently add quail eggs to the pot to warm through.
Pour into bowl, top with sliced scallions and a squeeze of lime.
