  • 1 bowl Nongshim Bowl Noodle Kimchi Hot & Spicy
  • 50 g enoki mushrooms washed
  • 6 whole canned quail eggs
  • 56 g canned squid drained
  • 8 g scallion sliced
  • 1 wedge fresh lime

Instructions

  • Boil water for ramen in a saucepan. Add soup base.
  • Add noodle brick, enoki, and squid to the boiling water. Cook until noodles are done (2-3 mins).
  • Gently add quail eggs to the pot to warm through.
  • Pour into bowl, top with sliced scallions and a squeeze of lime.
