Boil the 2x Spicy Buldak Ramen noodles for 3.5 minutes (instead of the full 5 listed on the package directions). Reserve the sauce and flake packets for later.
While the noodles are cooking, chop your onion and imitation crab. Or you can do this as prep before any cooking.
Drain the noodles when they're done cooking.
Return the drained noodles to the stove in the same pot on medium heat. Add the chopped onion. Stir and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the chopped imitation crab and the sauce packet from the 2x Spicy Buldak Ramen. Stir everything together thoroughly and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Pour in ½ cup of milk (whole, half-and-half, or even heavy cream will work, depending on how creamy you like it). Stir to combine.
Add about 35 grams (or a generous handful) of shredded cheddar cheese, or your preferred cheese, to the noodles and sauce. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Transfer the creamy, cheesy Buldak and crab to a serving bowl.
Garnish with a sprinkle of more shredded cheese, fried garlic, chopped green onions, and the flake packet. Serve immediately and enjoy this flavorful ramen!
