My Childhood Ramen Mama Shrimp Tom Yum Upgraded

- 1 package Mama Shrimp Tom Yum Instant Noodles
- 4 Vienna sausages
- 1 large egg
- green onion sliced to garnish
- 3 slices jalapeno to garnish
- 1 wedge lime
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot. Add the Mama Shrimp Tom Yum seasoning packets to the boiling water.
Add the Mama Shrimp Tom Yum noodles and drained Vienna sausages to the pot. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the noodles are mostly cooked.
Create a small well in the center of the noodles and carefully crack the egg directly into it. Cover the pot and let the egg poach in the simmering broth for about 1-2 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolk is still runny (or cooked to your preference).
Carefully pour the ramen, broth, Vienna sausages, and poached egg into a bowl.
Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and jalapeño slices (if using).
Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Serve immediately and enjoy this upgraded taste of childhood!
