Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cooking oil or butter
  • salt and pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Gently crack egg into the hot pan.
  • Cook to desired doneness:
    Sunny-Side Up: 2-3 minutes (runny yolk)
    Over-Easy: 2-3 minutes, flip, 30 sec-1 min (runny yolk)
    Over-Medium: 2-3 minutes, flip, 1-2 min (gooey yolk)
    Over-Well: 2-3 minutes, flip, 2-3 min (set yolk)
  • Season with salt and pepper (optional).
  • Carefully remove from pan and top your ramen.
